Group Class

In-person class with others learning along side of you.

Class options:

First trimester:

Help! I'm pregnant so now what?!

Third trimester:

Childbirth education. Includes Stages of labour (emotional, behavioural and physical aspects of each stage,) options immediately after the birth, and birth plan.

Newborn care and new parent education.

Good choice for people wanting to:

 - Build relationships with other parent(s) that are also having a baby.

 - Want to spend less or enjoy a savings vs. private class.

- Enjoy group interaction or learning.

Choose either full day class on the weekend or evening series of three sessions. Your instructor will be Kristy with special guests.
